Thoughts of the Day
I saw both of these yesterday on the University of Utah campus. The first was on a T-shirt at the bookstore, the second was on a bumper sticker outside the bookstore in the parking lot.
1) A week without great football is like any week in Provo. *
2) Guns don't kill people. Drivers with cell phones do.

* Substitute Lincoln, Laramie, Boulder, Corvallis, or any other city as appropriate.

1 Comments:
Cell phones are the worst invention of the 20th century. I refuse to carry one. Are people so afraid of being alone that they can't be out of contact for more than a few minutes? Sheesh.
Second thought. Given a choice, would you rather face an enraged co-worker armed with a gun or with a surgical glove filled with banana pudding? I thought so. Guns kill people.
