Tempus Fugit

It's now been two months without a post. That's got to be a record. Being a first-year teacher and a new dad keeps one busy!

Anyway, today is the last day of the third academic quarter at my school. There are no students in school today; it's just a day for teachers to wrap things up. I had this brilliant plan about how I was going to get a lot of grading done in advance so that I wouldn't have to spend all day at school grading papers today.

It didn't work. I'm spending all day at school grading papers today.
